"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. "I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"The hotel itself was very comfortable and staff was excellent. The welcome cookie was amazing! Plenty of underground paid parking. This part of Edmonton was pretty run down though. Many closed businesses and generally poor maintenance in this area of the city. The hotel had a security guard in the lobby and there was a police action involving a half dozen officers just around the side of the hotel. "Our stay was okay, it was a good price but the initial room we got, our sink was not draining. They moved us to a different room. I had also called the day before check in to request a mini fridge, and they told me I would have to request one at check in. When I requested one at check in, they told me there were none left. "There was old vomit on the bed skirt of the second bed that I did not use (thankfully.) I did not access the breakfast or the pool facilities as they were incredible crowded with the larger teams/ student groups that were staying at the hotel."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"
