Very friendly staff and property was in a good location. Room service daily and always left the room very clean. If I visit Roi Et again I will use this hotel.

First night, sleeping at 23:00 (11pm), suddenly hear the door being opened with a KEY and being banged several times against the security lock that luckily we (my wife and I) had set. Staff from hotel... excuse that she wanted to open the aircon for guest arriving later... but nobody told her that ...
