"Esperienza estremamente negativa.
Il soggiorno è costato 181,31 €. Successivamente mi sono stati addebitati ulteriori 350 € per un danno a un elemento in pietra del lavandino che contesto fermamente di aver causato. In pratica, un soggiorno da 181 € è arrivato a costare oltre 530 €.
Ho chiesto fotografie prima e dopo il soggiorno, fatture, copia delle condizioni sottoscritte e documentazione relativa all’autorizzazione degli addebiti. Al momento sto ancora aspettando quanto promesso dalla...
