"When we arrived we asked about parking and were told everything was full so we asked about other options and the staff said he had no idea. So we walked around and found that the hotel parking was half empty. We parked there and the next day asked another staff and they said we found the correct place to park and it is usually not full. Very unhelpful staff. Also you need a code to access after 10 pm, the code worked but our room key stopped working and no one is available to help."

"Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en er werd meegedacht over een oplossing omtrent het dichte restaurant. Het is een leuk oud gebouw en in de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt."

"The hotel was lovely but there is no way to get a coffee or drink in the hotel. Hotel staff were not easily visible in the day time. There plenty of cafes around the however it would nice to have the option for drinks etc at the hotel."

"The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious! It was within walking distance of walled city of Rotenburg and the recommendation for a German restaurant in the area was excellent."

"Nice room. Bed is a little firmer than some. Helpful front desk staff. Very convenient location for city activities. Dining for dinner was very good. They have maybe a dozen or so parking spaces in their back lot which you can reserve for 15 Euros which I thought was more convenient than the close city lots."

"Amazing location, great breakfast and helpful staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The town was beautiful, and the hotel was perfect for us. The people who manage the hotel were wonderful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start our mornings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Germany. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!"

"Very clean and perfect breakfast!"

"The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient and parking was not onsite but not a big deal or expensive to park at suggested lot."

"This hotel was the best part of our trip. Staff were great, so kind, polite, and helpful. Our room was amazing. We loved it there and will stay there next time we're back."

"I will start with the postivies. Beautiful hotel, updated and modern decor with a great location. The staff were lovely and very attentive, couldn't ask for better! Breakfast was excellent with lots of options (even vegan!) with a beautiful breakfast area (probably nicest our entire trip!). Negatives, no elevator! I missed this when booking and saw it the day before our arrival but didn't think much of it but boy it is a hike and even moreso if you come with a car. We had to drag our cases down...
