"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is aesthetically pleasing and the bed was very comfortable. Room is small, but to be expected for London. Location is fantastic (less than 5min walk to train station, and an M&S just down the road to buy snacks/drinks, as well as multiple dining options on the main road). We stayed 5 nights, the only let down was the bathroom cleaning- on check-in there was a cleaning issue with the first room so we were moved to another room (which was fine)....
