No room mini-fridges 2025

Overall a decent stay, Overpriced food from the pool/terrase restaurant. This is the first hotel ever where I did not witness a mini-fridge. The room was very spacious to have one but apparently they have decided not to.

The hotel room was old, had no ventilation or aircondition only a small window to open. Swimmingpool not part of hotel and hotel sells you tickets that your kids don’t need. Recommend avoid eating anything here, overpriced and bad taste.

Good for families

This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. I was there for business only, so of course different from the families with kids using the time in and around all the pool facilities. For families I’m sure they love it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was obviously holidays.

Past its glory days

The hotel must have had its moment of glory in the past but certainly not when we visited it. It is located in a beatiful area, but it is old fashioned and in need of a renovation. We booked a family room with 2 twin beds but we got an old basic room with two beds and a sofa-bed. After complaining we got another room with 2 beds plus 2 roll-out beds. That inconvenience has to be mentioned when booking, a sofa bed or roll-out bed is not a valid equivalent of a decent bed! It was quite uncomfortable to also wake up at 5am at dawn because the curtains do not block the light. Breakfast is nothing to be proud of either. Cleaners do not respect the DO NOT DISTURB signs. We will not come back.

This is a giant hotel, by Swedish standards. It is a concept hotel, just like the resorts in other parts of Europe. The staff are very kind and friendly and do their very best to help. But the hotel is absolutely gigantic so it is impossible for staff to be everywhere all the time. When we checked in, we first got a room where the sofa bed was broken. We called reception and someone came within 15 minutes to give us keys to a new room just down the hall. But the new room was not cleaned yet and staff were working hard to clean. The general state of the rooms are ok, but a bit dated. No a/c so it gets very hot if you don’t open the windows. If you open the windows, you have mosquitoes…Parking is all over the place, so it’s not a problem. The pool is lots of fun for the family (you pay extra if you are not an “all inclusive” guest). There are two slides and it’s quite a fun experience. They have kids shows and kids play room as well as lots of other places where kids can play. Mini golf and paddle next to the hotel. Even a playground outside by the mini golf. Beautiful park to walk around in. The breakfast is surprisingly nice and clean, which was a nice surprise since they are all-inclusive guests and this is a huge hotel. Would actually come back because we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Bra hotell men dålig mat

Själva hotellet och rummen var bra, frukost och reception också. Däremot var deras restaurang ute i terrassen bland det värsta vi varit med om. Pizzorna kändes inte tillräckligt tilllagade, bbq var under all kritik. Vi beställde mix tallrik för 355kr och det gick inte att äta, köttet var alldeles torrt och gammalt, coleslaw smakade illa, till och med majskolven var slemmig. Att ni har sådana kopiösa mängder pengar för att servera gammal mat är för mig helt oacceptabelt.

Dejligt sted.

Dejligt sted. Rent og pænt alle vegne. Fine værelser. Eneste minus er: sengene er mega bløde. Dejlig morgenmad med stort udvalg. Lækker aftensmad også med stort udvalg. (Også for mig som ikke kan tåle lactose og gluten.) Omgivelserne er der heller ikke en finger at sætte på.

Lite långt att gå till rummen för oss med kryckor och småbarn. Rent för varmt på rummen, AC behöver installeras i stället för liten bordsfläkt. Hyfsat rent men rätt ofräscht med heltäckningsmattor överallt, måste vara svårstädat. Mycket trevligt badland. Rent för varmt i gymmet, ingen luftkonditionering, och tyvärr lite smutsigt. God men dyr mat. Bra utbud på frukostbuffén. Trevlig personal.

Meget børnevenligt (især for små børn), badeland udendørs mod ekstra betaling (prøvede det ikke) meget busy, lækkert gym, lækker morgenmad. Virkelig langt fra vores værelsesfløj til receptionen og restauranten! Kedelugt område/by pånær parken lige ved siden af.

Extra tillägg för att komma in på faciliteter om man inte hade rätt paket. För köp av biljetter till badet tog hotellet avgift för barn 0- 12 medan om man går in via kommunens inträdet är barn 0-12 gratis i vuxens sällskap. Långa köper och trångt på spaet och i matsalen. Maten på Terrassen var fet och smaklös och dyr men stora portioner. Bord och stolar var kladdiga.

Kæmpe sted, men stadig god plads

Fint ophold i nogle skønne solskinsdage. Masser af aktiviteter på stedet udover poolområdet, men også mulighed for udflugter i området og gåtur i parken lige ved. Perfekt med stille område ved morgenbuffet, når man ikke selv har små børn med. Stor og god buffet. Lille motionsrum, med masser af muligheder for træning. Fantastisk fint indendørs spaområde, mod mindre betaling, for adgang hele dagen. Pænt og rent og venligt personale
