"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it.
I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products.
Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"DIDGUSTING ROOM!!!
The hotel was presented amazing online so we booked a lovely suite.
Upon entering our room we smelled a bad odor but decided it might be something coming from next door then we noticed quite a bit of wear/tear on the room… We seriously thoght about leaving then and we should have much to our regret !!!
Then after deciding to take a nap and turning the bed back we discovered there was no mattress pad so we notified the front desk and housekeeping had to completely remake...

"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep.
The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"I wanted a hotel by the Sydney Airport. I thought 4/5 was a good enough rating to stay one night before flying out. I was so wrong.
We checked in and headed to our room. Such a sterile hallway that seemed almost like a jail. Worse, the hallway reeked of Marijuana.
Room smelled overly perfumed and I thought….well at least it’s clean and this perfume is the cleaning product. But the carpet which was a weird memory foam looked like it had never been cleaned. The space of the room wasn’t...

"Decent accomodation about 15 minutes walk to Burwood Plaza. Had complementary parking and continental breakfast ( basic). Except for the pillows being a bit on the firmer side had no other issues. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious. The check in staff was super nice- thank you."

"The position is perfect for qudos and Accor also it has a convenient store down the bottom if you are going for an event make sure you book parking with quest.
