Needed to request a change from my first floor room upon arrival as it had a terrible musty odor. Front desk was understanding and moved me to second floor which was brighter and fresher. Room was on second floor and elevator was down, the climb was not crazy, but older stairs are steeper and my husband on oxygen struggled a bit. The room was cute, actually really big.
