"Rented a suite ground level pool summer - could not get to pool because gate on deck saudered closed - front desk staff unhelpful - no full length mirror in suite - only one bathroom in the master if the suite so everyone has to go through your room to use the bathroom No outside food and drinks in pool deck as attached to restaurant Mean waitresses Boo ☹️"

"Jessie and Jay were some of the best hosts I have had for a BnB before. Kind, caring, communicative and very nice people overall. The place was lovely; room was well set up, communal areas were accessible, bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!"

"What is there to say? It isnt ritsy, glamorous or fancy, but it provides a comfy room and a comfy bed. Staff do their job. But, it could use some TLC. The concrete walkways are deteriorating, lighting could be improved, bathroom needs redoing."

"Our suite was perfect for a two day mixed business/personal stay. Modern. Clean. Options for food and bar included lovely patio spaces. Underground parking was clean and safe. Some road noise, but expected from a location so close to amenities. Would stay here again."

"meh, downtown location is convenient, but it is also on Hwy 97, so its an ominous sign when you see that they supply free earplugs in the bedrooms. Honestly, it feels more like a $175/night hotel, and I'd have given it 4 stars if it were that price, but I'd expect more for this price range, but I guess the downtown location and free $0.25 earplugs makes it a $400/night hotel."

"This was our third year returning, and once again, we had a wonderful stay. We loved the location of our room and the incredible view it offered. One of the highlights was being able to watch the Canada Day fireworks right from the comfort of our room. It made the experience even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"We stayed in a very affordable, clean and quiet 2 bedroom suite. There were a couple little things like a rip in one of the chairs, but otherwise it was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with a few hot items. The pool is small and simple, but they put a couple of toys out for the kids to keep them entertained. A good option for families on a budget!"

"The environment is very quiet, so far away from the traffic noises. The parking is great and accessible and very safe. The room is good and the price is very affordable. If I’m going back to Kelowna, I will try to get the room from this hotel again. Thumbs up👍!"
