"We upgraded to the Gold,upgraded to Harbor view,pricey but worth experiences of living like celebrity. Every Staff member treated you as someone special. They know how to spoil you. Location is as convenient as they come,walking distance to most places. Easy access to Hop On / Hop Off, and Water Tours."

"Fast friendly service. Nice clean room turned down. Was amazing accessibility to everything was absolutely amazing. It was like a 3 minute walk to everything. Perfect. Location swimming pool was kind of small, but that's okay, they did have a workout room, but people don't take care of stuff. So they broke a couple things in there. But is what it is? My dogs were allowed there, which was fabulous. They were very well-behaved. And the place was really good about it."

"Stayed two nights for a birthday celebration. It was ran excellent choice, dinner and room service from the Courtney Room were very good, spa treatments were fabulous and all the staff friendly and helpful."

"Parking was challenging. Small rooms. Could use more counter space in rooms. Very nice employees. It's a bit far from city services...cafes, grocery etc. 24 hour coffee was like warm in the morning. I made a pot in the kitchen but used most of the coffee grounds available for that pot. Overall however a nice experience."
