"Bed was fair. Didn't hurt my back like the Days Inn I stayed at the previous night in Liberal, KS. Room was clean. Shower was great. The breakfast was good and hot. Staff was polite. "

"This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed at—honestly made a Motel 6 feel like a luxury resort. The entire room looked like it had been “repaired” by someone with zero experience—drywall patches were everywhere, sloppy and impossible to ignore. The restroom door barely functioned, making even basic privacy a struggle. The pool was absolutely disgusting—murky, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned in a long time. The lobby felt unsafe and chaotic, with multiple drunk people hanging around, creating a very uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, the entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away, no matter where you were. It felt dirty, neglected, and completely unprofessional from top to bottom. Save your money and your peace of mind—do NOT stay here."

"Upon arrival, we noticed the immediate concerning state where many windows to rooms were broken, and when checking in the front desk told us the pool and hot tub were not working or available to guests. The clerk then tried to put us in a suite with one king and one pullout, but I asked for double beds. I’m assuming she thought this would be an upgrade but it isn’t. The room smelled of smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Very disappointed"

"Hot tub and pool were great- but please have someone clean it more often- there were alot of leaves in the pool and we had to clean it before using it. Front desk staff was friendly, but forgot to tell us about their parking fee and just sent me a paid receipt! During my reservation, it stated parking was included with your stay. The fee was removed, but it should have mentioned this during booking- or at the very least, during our check-in. "

"The hotel smelled funny. The bath tub had been painted and when we tried to fill it up to bathe the baby, paint chips were floating in the bath water. We got 2 hotel rooms but when we asked to have our rooms cleaned, while we were out, only one room got cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine & receptionists were very nice."

"While the pool was clean and the general property grounds were decent, our actual room experience was poor. The hot tub was out of service, and the room was dirty upon arrival. When we requested a cleaning, the staff was dismissive and had a bad attitude, claiming the room only looked dirty because we moved furniture. However, we found thick dust and dirt under the nightstand that clearly hadn't been touched in a long time; I eventually had to ask for a broom to clean it myself. Additionally, the kitchenette sink was broken, and the towels were so old they were literally falling apart. When we asked for an extra towel, we were rudely told we had reached a 'limit' of four and could not have more. Not a recommended stay."
