"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We had an amazing view of the fireworks from our hotel room. The hotel is in a great location. It's close to so many shops and restaurants. Only a short drive to the mall/the Main Event/the movie theater. We will certainly be back again soon!"

We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay"

"There was nothing to like. The place looked like a place that is dilapidated. The tub was grimy. The bed headboard was scratched. The sheet smelled horrible. They did not come to clean and put new towels in the room. When I came there were no new towels and the bed was not made. The place smelled. The picture I saw online is completely the opposite of the reality of that place. It is a ghetto place that I will never ever stayed at again. If people are being charged, you should use that...

"I chose this hotel because my daughter had to go to the University of Delaware and I'm so glad I did. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and the room was fantastic."
