"The triple room was very convenient. Staff were super helpful, recommending a great sauna for us. Location was quiet but convenient to trams and train. Only downside was shared toilet and shower; not a problem for one night but would have been inconvenient for multiple day stay."

We arrived less than an hour before check-in and even though the room was ready, we had to either pay for early check in or be charged a fee to hold the bags. Although it says it's near the train station, it's actually about a 20-minute walk. Would not stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurant, shops and all of the sights. Rooms are clean and a good size, with relatively comfortable beds. We were only in Zurich for one evening before flying home and this was a great hotel selection. You’re close to the train station (700 m), although we took a 15 minute UBER to the airport. "
