Marsden Stay Rotorua
The shampoo dispenser was empty. Body wash was filled with less than 1/8 full. No air iconditioning in room. Only a fan was supplied. Reception closes after 5pm so can't check-in late.

Showering was a nightmare not even any soap for the shower and the dispensers on the wall were empty. Then had to put a manky shower mat in the bath and stick it down to stand on.
