"Want to acknowledge COLIN the night clerk. He was just getting off his shift when we were trying to find our way to the train station. He walked with us to show us the way and tried to help us solve a credit card issue we had when we tried to buy tickets. Very nice man and very helpful."

"This is a great hotel, nice and quiet Beautiful lobby, the staff is friendly and cooperative It is not walkable to any shopping nearby. You need a car to go anywhere from this hotel because it’s kind of secluded. The carpet in the hallway from the elevator to room is dated and has spots and a little smell. Other than that it’s a great hotel. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable even the pillows were good which is hard to find in a hotel. I like the self service shop in the lobby for any...

"Bad was very hard. Otherwise enjoyable. Breakfast was very good. You can get into the casino for free too."

"Staff was super helpful. They have a great breakfast with unlimited coffee. Only downside is the room is minuscule. They encourage you to come to the lobby/living room, which has lots of seating areas. "

"It's the Steamship Rotterdam... a really special surprise for my family... I told them I booked a hotel.... and only when we turned the corner dit it click that this huge ship was our hotel... Super short stay, next time a longer visit to Rotterdam. Pity that it doesn't really have good transport (frequent) to Rotterdam and the Ahoy...I had to take the car.. otherwise would have been too late for the show."
