"In a heatwave Aircon is worth a lot. This hotel is modern and the basic fabric is good. Details however are poor - windows that don't close properly, courtesy trays not topped up for example. Staff are pleasant but lack focus so we had to play hunt the towel in the spa. Staff comment was " Someone ..."
