This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, based on our experience, we would not recommend choosing this property."

"Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."

"The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. The rooms are very dated though and heavily worn. My bedroom smelt of cigarettes on arrival and my colleagues said their rooms smelt bad too. A fine hotel for passing through perhaps but I wouldn’t rush back. "
