Hotel was very basic, with not much more than simple beds with tiny bathroom and shower. Check-in was unpleasant, with only a self check-in option, and no reservation number included in Hotels.com email, I had to telephone Hotels.com to get the number.

Disappointing

We booked this hotel because the location was good for us but mostly because it advertised wifi and a/c. On arrival check-in is done on a machine, and everything was easy with the code we had received by email. The problem with the machine is that it cannot solve problems. And problems we had. The room had no wifi. On the corridor the signal was excellent and I could upload my photos there. But inside the room the network was not even visible. Coming from the corridor and closing the door meant to lose the connection immediately. Same problem in all five devices we had. The second issue was the a/c. Yes, there was an a/c device on the room. But it had no cooling effect whatsoever, even when it was supposedly at max cooling. The bottom level of the room was bad, and the top level was unbearable. We booked this hotel precisely because we knew it was going to be a very hot night, so this was a major annoyance. The only positive was breakfast, which was very good if a little expensive.

Bonjour J'ai même pas séjourné car on ma refusé de changer la date .encore pire ,sur internet les réservations été toujours disponible ce jour ma réservation (un moi avant) alors que l’hôtel été réservé uniquement pour la police ce jour là. Affaire

Première chambre en arrivant odeur de cigarette plus toile d araignées. Deuxième chambre toile d’araignée moucherons sur le plafond de la salle de bain dessous de la cuvette plein d’urine. Champignon dans la douche. Le soir odeur de cannabis dans la chambre à plusieurs reprise bien que la fenêtre et la ventilation soit fermé. Je ne reviendrais pas.
