"This is a great location for a resort right on the river with great outdoor pools and views and restaurants and bar. There is a children’s pool with a large slide and 3 levels of adult pools with a swim up bar. The hotel could use a little updating and paint. Housekeeping was a little absent."

"I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton. I’ve stayed at The Four Seasons never in my life. Has the staff been so snobby you would’ve thought I would get that from higher in hotels not from Omni hotel. The pool look outdated cracks on the tile but more than anything was the way the staff acted and treated ..."

"Our stay was great, but unfortunately, after paying here on Expedia, they charged us for a room on the credit card that we had put down for incidentals. Now we are working to get our money back. Very frustrating."
