"Very good place"

"The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. I was getting nervous because I received no information how to get in the unit with less than 5 days to go. With my other stays in Rome and Florence, the...

"Ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Super nette Mitarbeiter, dank Carla war unser später Check-in reibungslos. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, unsere Betten wurden täglich frisch gemacht. Natürlich sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir schätzten die schönen Antiquitäten. Die Anbindung war top und die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Danke für diesen Aufenthalt, immer wieder gerne!"

"Maria was awesome. The room was very clean. Shared bathroom was the only downsode of the property, but managable. Location is fantastic. "

"An old fashioned hotel with spectacular staff. The room was a good size for the location and it was very central. There was an issue with the A/C that they tried to fix with no success during my two night stay. But they certainly tried! The room was quiet, the breakfast was good and again, I can’t say enough about the staff. The hotel was clean but there were stains on the wallpaper and curtains so I did not give a 5 star. "

"Casa Villa Gardenia is a very easy taxi ride from the airport station, which we did after a long flight, and also easily walkable, which we did to get to Venice. Our host was AMAZING -- follow his recommendations (grazie mille, Federico!). The building and rooms felt secure and hold old world charm in decor and accomodation. The breakfast is top notch, with a wide array to choose from, everything very fresh and presented beautifully. I would stay here again! "
