"Great service and amenities"

"Great for families-fun pool and game center - great location too but overall the staff was the best part. We had a scare when our son with autism stepped into the elevator that opened before we got closer and it closed as we were running up to it and the hotel and their security went into full search mode. Checked cameras and alerted staff on all levels and even texted us later after he was found to check in on us. It was so scary but they were so helpful and made us feel like their first priority."

"This property was close to transit which we found very convenient. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. I believe our room was renovated but there was still wallpaper peeling off the walls and it didn’t look completely finished. There were some pots and pans available but when we didn’t have the right size, the front desk was able to find us smaller sizes. "

"Spacious suite. Breakfast buffet above average food. Tables not cleaned promptly as guests left. Need more staff here. "

"without adoubt this was the worst experience ever checking into a hotel or its location. We were not able to get into our room. They sent us around back to park and told us the back door would be open. It was quite a distance we had all our luggage and we knocked and knocked. We called the front desk. We called the bar... No one would let us in. We literally were surrounded by kids drunk taunting us while holding luggage. We got in the car and escaped. It was a very scary situation. I need to get a refund. This was absolutely not a place to stay. It’s located next to a frat house and an extremely busy multilevel kids bar is attached. It is shockingly, dangerous and noisy and add to the fact we could not even get into our room we had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. It was horrific. "

"I had the best stay at W Toronto this weekend!! Before I arrived at the hotel, concierge had contacted me with a welcome email that outlined everything I needed to know. They also suggested I eat at their new restaurant Tono and made me a dinner reservation. I’m so excited I agreed because it was the perfect restaurant to dine at my first night. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted with the same hospitality. Mayhor and the entire W Toronto staff made sure my room was clean and esthetically pleasing, I had directions on how to get places, and there were plenty of stores and shops in the area! The hotel location is perfect for walking, Ubers, or taking the Metro or Streetcars. The area was also very safe and welcoming. Thank you so much W Toronto for making my birthday weekend extra special. The small touches really added to the perfect weekend and I can’t wait to come back and stay again! "

"Had a great stay at One King West. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect-easy to walk around and find what you need. We stayed on the 39th floor and had an incredible view. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. "
