"A very lovely stay and our third year in a row visiting this property. We love the location and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say is that the prices have gone up a fair amount. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The food is incredible. Every meal was very good. Room was clean and the check in was fast and efficient. They upgraded us to a king bed which was really nice."

"Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean but only the carpet is a bit dirty,whenever i requested for a service they dont vacuum the floor. Also, don't change the air-conditioned setting to auto cool when i did it went hot in the middle of the night about 25C and i was sweaty. Bathroom was clean and the toiletries were refilled every time. Since it is in downtown, the neighborhood was quite scary, mostly those doing some illegal drgs. "It's probably because of a last minute booking, but we were very disappointed by the room we got: too small (difficult not to bump into the bed's corner when walking by the window), unpleasant view on rooftop ac machineries and loud noise from it was quite annoying. The ac in our bedroom was also very loud and we had to use earplugs (complimentary offered at the front desk) to be able to sleep. "Pro tip. Parking is a nightmare on site with extremely tight spaces! Park in the City of Victoria public parking underneath the library. It’s free after 8 pm and if you take a photo of your stall, you can use the City of Victoria parking app and pay for parking from the comfort of your hotel room starting at 8 am. The max for parking in that lot is $12.50 per day but there are no in and out privileges. Parking is very expensive in the city."

"Spectacular! We loved our room. Exceptional service and we also loved the coffee at the end of the hall until 9am. It was lovely to have a lazy coffee in our huge comfy bed!"
