Both the front check in staff were great but James in the restaurant for Breakfast was a champion he offers brilliant customer service .2nd to none. Room was warm and clean and all you need for an early flight . Great reliable airport transfer too.

Waited in a queue for half an hour to go into the cave only for them to tell us that the tour for the 3.20pm was full and would have to wait until 4pm for next tour would have been nice to have a board up saying the tour was full before we had waited

We didn't have time to visit Royston but it seems like a very pleasant town with some historic buildings and a fascinating Medieval cave to visit.

Some lovely shops, with lots of charity shops. Had a nice lunch in the wetherspoons. Easy to find, with plenty of parking, which is free after 3:00p.m
