"This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. "This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn ’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!"

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. "It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around.
If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!"
