"The bedroom was basic but of a good size. The bathroom was also of a good size but the ceiling and walls were covered in mould, the wash basin was cracked and the toilet needed better cleaning. The bathroom needed a makeover. The stair carpet leading to the bedrooms was shabby and needed replacing or deep cleaning."

"We really enjoyed staying at home farm, the spacious room was comfortably furnished in a refreshing mixture of antique and modern furniture - not the characterless, flat pack, mdf stuff you get in chains of cheap hotels. We were made very welcome and the breakfast was lovely. The local village of Dunchurch was very pretty with lots of thatched cottages and we had a reasonably priced and enjoyable evening meal in The Dun Cow. We would highly recommend Home Farm as a place to stay."
