"The room was clean daily that was fine, but I was only offered turn down Service once and it was never offered again the entire week I was there. I was given a robe, but the Cleaning Lady accidentally took the robe when she took the towels and I was never given another robe. I tried to get another one. They said I had to call Guest Service. It was a thing I didn’t even worry about it. They forgot to bring my bag to my room when I initially checked in so I didn’t get it until almost 9 PM when I arrive my door to my room the lock was not working so I had to walk back down to where I checked in twice to get them to try to fix it and they still didn’t fix it. Someone had to come up and actually take the lock off and fix it. "

"Took 2.5 hrs to get checked into correct room. First room was given to us and another person. The second room wasn’t what we requested. Spoke with manager (Amir) only for him to promise and upgraded room and free massages. Only 1 elevator was working for 2 buildings the first day. Once in the upgraded room the safe didn’t work. The handheld shower head was broken and the tv did not work. We received a call later that evening from manager to schedule our massage. Day of massage went to the spa only to discover he never actually booked the massage. The pool closes at 6pm. Only certain restaurants were open and half the resort closed due to construction from the hurricane last year. The staff that assisted with getting bags back and forth to the room were amazing as well as the lobby bartender Errol! Swim up bar was okay but the beer kept going out and they didn’t have a lot of options unless you went to the lobby bar. "

"The pools are nice, but there's not enough seating for the guests. They allow the chairs to be blocked by customers using towels early in the morning between the hours of 6-7 a.m.making it near impossible to get seating when you bring your family down after that. Smoking on the premises is not regulated so enjoying the balcony or just walking around and not smelling smoke was disheartening. "
