"All staff during our stay was extremely helpful. But, our room wasn’t entirely clean. Including mold at the top of our shower and no fan in the bathroom. Dirt still on the floor in the bathroom and tooth paste on the cabinets. The pool had a wasp problem and we had to remove ourselves. The breakfast was decent and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Just needed to be better taken Care of."

"Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back. When I checked out I was still charged for the full stay of 5 days no refund. The royal inn should be shut down by the health department. I moved to the super 8 hotel in Kenedy very...
