"The room was clean, lots of parking and breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle machine and more. They had a small water leak from the ceiling in the lobby but had it roped off. No big deal. Staff was friendly."

"It was godawful. The room smelled terrible, the property was filthy, and it clearly wasn’t safe to stay there…so I didn’t. I left and found a safer hotel."

"I couldn’t even stay in the room at all, I had to book a room in another hotel, and fighting right now for a refund since I didn’t even stay in the room due to their cleanliness being terrible, mirror was dirty, I would not put myself in the shower, bed had debris, found tobacco products trash on the couch, and there was more… I would recommend anyone to just book in another hotel."

"Location was great for the Wake Forest graduation weekend. They decorated it nicely and welcomed family members in. The room was another story. There was a dirty towel behind the toilet in the bathroom and when we went to shower in the morning the “clean” towel had someone else’s hair in it. When we asked for clean towels the front desk told us “later”. Also, for what we paid we generally get a couple of bottles of water in the room when we arrive at other hotels. The had things for sale in the lobby but it’s not the same as having the convenience of them being in the room. We also asked for cleaning after the first night because the place didn’t really seem like it was cleaned well before we checked in but they told us they only clean every other day. Best Western is across the street. I’ll be going there next time."
