"After driving over 1,000 km, I finally arrived at the Quality Inn & Suites. The front desk staff member was friendly and provided good service; however, my overall stay was very disappointing for the following reasons: After taking a shower and getting ready for bed, I opened the blanket and found bugs, hair, and a significant amount of sand in the bed. There was a black cat outside making loud noises for an extended period. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room had poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear noises from the neighboring room, including the shower, TV, coughing, and doors opening and closing. There was no elevator, and I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs between the first floor, second floor, and the front desk. Overall, this made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I spoke with the front desk and was told that the manager was not available at the time but would follow up with me. However, I have not received any response. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution."

"The hotel was under construction. There was dirty water in the ice bucket from the previous person that stayed in the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The tub did not drain. The staff was great, but the facilities were terrible."

"Great hotel with friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a convenient location on Main Street. Perfect for attending the Hannah Davis Art Show at Formato Fine Arts Gallery, with plenty of dining options nearby. Also enjoyed visiting the Edith Bolling Wilson Museum across the street. We definitely plan to return!"
