"Very relaxed stay. Short walk from station or book a taxi for a small fee if you have luggage. Ruriko-in temple and Mt Hiei cable car station is very close with lots of hiking and walking trails. "It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "
