"Easy check in as prepaid room. We were staying a few nights, we dragged up our bags and unpacked everything, loaded up the fridge etc. it was a little stuffy so turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom but there was no power on the unit, no lights coming on, same thing with the one in the living room. I went to the front desk to complain and they sent me back to my room with someone from the front desk, he just confirmed they were not working, we unfortunately had to pack up and move rooms to one which was less ideal.
The ocean view is amazing and the view is incredible. Bed was the most plush & comfortable I’ve been in.
Nice that the kitchenette had an air fryer."
