"A very good budget option that's close to all public transit and some good food options. I really appreciated how comfortable the beds were, and while the rooms are small, there is a lot of storage space. However, there were some noticeable scuffs on the furniture/the water pressure didn't work very well in the bathroom. Regardless, this is only a small piece of feedback, and ultimately I would stay here again for the price."

"Once elegant now a popular spot, the hotel offers a great rooftop bar, a sun deck and pool for guests, a nice restaurant, an adequate workout room and lovely public areas with music, seating and areas for conversation or relaxing. The guest rooms are New York small, with furnishings decades old, pealing wallpaper, strangely set up sinks with the facet too close to the basin so they spray up, showers that get the floor wet and limited room amenities - no coffee makers."

"Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk. Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag. The location is superb"

"Clean and spacious room. No microwave, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling well despite checking plug, and the chrome cast wasn’t properly plugged into tv. Besides that everything was great and the staff were very helpful"

"It was quite good stay but if i may suggest it would be better if you will renovate the bathrooms aa well it was a bit dim and old. When i was there i felt like i was in a condemed hotel."

"A great location for a traveler visiting NY. I travel alone and the staff was super helpful. Delivered a fridge and blanket in minutes upon my request. Gym is great asset but was just sad there was no furniture up on the terrace. Promoted as an asset and would be a nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine. I went up anyway but no place to sit. Love that the windows open! Rare in a big city."
