"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), 4 night,. Location, price, size, kitchen, w/d, and free parking were the perks. As others have noted, cleanliness is a serious issue. Upon check-in, we found multiple dead bugs in both upstairs beds, a heavily stained comforter in the downstairs bed, a filthy toilet, and sawdust on the kitchen and bathroom floor. "Our stay started off bad . The key was not left where the check in instructions stated. After an hour of waiting in the car with my kids , a help ticket , and a few phone calls to the help line we finally got different instructions and retrieved the key . Once the apartment was accessed, my child took a shower and the apartment smelled as if there was a sewage leak. We basically treated all the drains in the house with hot soap and water and the smell went away . I did enter in a few help...
