Great location, had transportation arranged to pick us up from the airport and their drivers were excellent, engaging, and overall a joy to talk with after a 17 hour flight!"

"Really weird experience here. The doormen and front desk staff were all nice in conversation, but they blatantly lied about how much laundry I had sent and tried to charge me $100 for it. This was on top of returning multiple laundry items damaged and trying to claim it was part of the clothing design. I also paid fully months in advance for my room and room type, and when I arrived, it wasn’t available. They tried to claim that room type is first come first serve despite my reservation confirmation email clearly showing the room type. The room itself was in fine condition, a bit of wear and tear on the furniture but okay for the price. "
