"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music downstairs were so loud, we could hear literally every song in our room. I've asked people at the front desk to turn it down, but nothing was done. I was told the space was rented until 11 pm and nothing could be done until that time. We were not offered to change rooms to a higher floor, it was "just suck it up" type of attitude. I was not able to put my child to sleep or rest at all that evening. At 11:15 pm the music was still blasting. Hotel staff said they couldn't find anyone responsible for the party. I ended up going to the party in my robe and yelling at the DJ telling him to shut down the music. Only then, the music was shut down. If you want peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is not the hotel for you."
