"We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. "

"I stayed at Drury Inn and had a mixed experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the extras offered were a great touch and definitely appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The hot tub and pool were both freezing and essentially unusable. The bed was clearly made up of two twin mattresses pushed together instead of a proper queen, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was also very cold when we arrived, and although...

"Clean room. Nice staff. Good breakfast."

"Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. "

"The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. "

"I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. They said I was a no show on my second night even though the didn’t have a room for me? It was completely ridiculous "

"It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. "

"Pulled out the sofa bed and stains all over. Third person (that I paid for was not able to sleep on the mattress). Took pictures showed to front desk and they took the pictures from my phone and said “ok” . Absolutely disgusting. "

"My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!"

"The property was well maintained, and everybody was very helpful polite the day was phenomenal. We couldn’t ask for anything else. It was great."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The food was great for both breakfast and kickback! Being spring break it was packed and they still kept up with service. Comfortable rooms, but the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Also, one of the elevators broke down and didn't get repaired. But overall great trip and location."
