A nice stay, rooms are cold in winter

The hotel is in a very short distance to the central bus station, just a short walk. The room is nice. As I stayed during winter time, the rooms are pretty cold. I had snow. The heating and the blankets are insufficient in that case. Checkout is at 10:00 am, a bit early if your bus departs at 4 pm.

The room is clean ,comfortable , good service room everyday include good taste breakfast .

Khach san lua dao, qua that vong

Sau khi dat phong va thanh toan xong, toi co goi dien xac nhan lai voi Cat Cat. Ben Cat Cat dam bao con phong. Nhung khi toi den, thi Cat Cat thong bao het phong, chuyen toi qua 1 noi khac te hon ma khong 1 loi xin loi, la nha dan, phong am moc, khong chan dien, den toi moi co may suoi (chi du am trong pham vi ban kinh 1m). Ho noi la het phong, trong khi van treo thong bao con phong trong ngoai cua. Toi thac mac thi Cat Cat noi la quen thao xuong. Nhung den toi quay lai, toi van thay thong bao con phong. Toi rat that vong thi dich vu qua te, khong ton trong khach hang, noi doi trang tron. Khong bao gio quay lai Cat Cat 1 lan nao nua.

Nice room with balconette and sitting area.

The room was cofortable and clean and there was a nice big bathtub. The only downside was the construction noise going on all night near the hotel but this is present nearly everywhere in Sapa.

Comfortable, convenient location, slightly pricey

Room was relatively clean, very rustic. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Wifi didn't work while we were there. Room smelt pretty damp only because sheets weren't dry (probably difficult due to cold, humid weather). Bed sheets were stained light yellow. Also, lots of bugs like moths and ants were in our room. However, we had a wonderful view of the mountains in the distance and nice patio area outside our room.

Good hotel in a good location

Nicely decorated, the room is very comfortable. We stayed in winter and a heater was provided in the room as well as a electric blanket which was really appreciated as Sapa is pretty cold at this period. The breakfast was good. The location is perfect in the centre of Sapa.
