Watch out when booking this complex as they give you a room in their 2nd complex behind the front one so no view etc. Quite deceiving. The pool is a waste of time, no where to put your towel, no atmosphere & very cold. Would not waste my time staying out of the centre to stay here when better options for much cheaper.

This hotel is in in need of repairs and updating. For the price, though, it was worth it. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and it is located in a quieter part off a main road.

L emplacement de l hotel tres bien situé pour les ballades malheureusement il est très dégradé.pas entretenue.il n y as plis de sauna ,Pas de Bain Turque,et pas de coffre dans les chambres.seul le petit déjeuner etait très bon.

와이파이가 더뎠는데, 그것빼곤 내 집같은 따뜻한 히터기가 있어요~방엣 바퀴벌레가 나와도 놀라지 않고 잡았어요. 매일 청소도 해주고 서비스 굿! 수영장은.. 기대하지 않으시는게 좋아요.(수영장과 화장실만 딱있음) 추운사파에서 따뜻하게 보낸 숙소입니다

La chambre était grande et correcte, avec un chauffage électrique d'appoint qui nous a servi ! Son prix était correct du fait que nous ayons profité de réductions

Not the best choice in Sapa

Our only disappointment in Vietnam. Staff tried hard but really strange hotel. Inappropriate fish tanks and our room was almost the most expensive we encountered in Vietnam and the bed, so hard, it was unsleepable. Would seriously not recommend.

Good Location. Helpful and cordial staff,

Old and historical hotel that is kept in great condition. Several aquariums and antique motorcycle and scooter on display. Friendly staff and we were allowed an early check-in after arriving early at 7am from overnight Hanoi train. They also offered us free shower availability after we checked out because we had a evening train departure. That perk was appreciated after an all day hike.

goed ontbijt maar verder....

Vochtige oude kamer, slecht onderhouden, viezig. Kamer tochtte aan alle kanten. Er wordt geadvertenteerd dat er n sauna en Spa aanwezig is maar dit is niet waar! Onderhoud beweerde men maar bij nadere inspectie bleek dat het onderhoud al minstens een jaar duurde. Vond dit zeer teleurstellend en misleidend. Bij aankomst kon men onze reservering niet vinden, erg slordig. Ik moest mijn boeking ter plekke opnieuw mailen waarna men opnieuw in de stapel ging zoeken en voila.... Als je n goed ontbijt wilt dan kan ik je het hotel aanbevelen. Voor het overige kun je in Sapa e.o. absoluut iets beters krijgen.

Une architecture pleine de charme

Sapa n'est pas une ville étendue donc le Chau Long est aussi bien placé qu'un autre..La piscine intérieure est agréable au retour d'une longue marche..Le look de l'hotel est extra..et si vous avez oublié votre réveil, le coq à l'entrée fera le travail..

Chau Long Sapa 1 Hotel

This hotel was adequate for the money paid. It was in a central location and offered good tours of the area. As read in earlier reviews of this hotel the bed was the hardest we have experienced in Vietnam. As we were only staying one night it wasn't a big deal. For short stays this hotel meants most of the requirements.
