"Friendly staff and restaurants and cafe were great, food was good but quite pricey. No room service as phones didn’t work in room. Overall loved our stay and would definitely stay again."
"Many years since we stayed here and glad we did. Nice casual vibe, not uptight and staff lovely. Food range limited but good value and consistent. Rooms good size but getting a little tired in some respects. Shower tiles very slippery, needs a slip mat."
"The venue was idyllic, however, the general cleanliness and poor service from arrival, understanding expedia check in criteria, evening meal service through to checkout was disappointing. A highlight was the service provided during breakfast, which was a redeeming factor. We also acknowledge the evening manager's immediate response in rectifying our evening meal concerns. Overall, we were a party of 13 and expected a more genuine service."
"A stunning setting. Beautiful and very well kept grounds. We had an Ocean View Room, which was very spacious - more like a small apartment- with private deck overlooking the ocean. Just a few steps to the beach, the hotel pool and restaurant. Staff were very friendly indeed. Good choice of food available. We enjoyed the tropical breakfast which was included in the package. Premium coffees can be ordered and they were good too. Can highly recommend this resort for a relaxing holiday."
"Great stay in the heart of Apia, lots of amenities within walking distance. The facilities were kept clean and the AC worked well enough to keep the room cool. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly."
