"Wir haben in diesem Resort 4 Tage verbracht. Wir hatten der Unterkunft ein paar Tage vorher geschrieben, dass wir um 2 Uhr morgens einchecken müssen. Wir hatten nie eine Antwort hierzu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir jedoch den Schlüssel und ein Check in Formular auf dem Tresen der Rezeption liegen. Mit einer Karte, die wir in einem Informationsstand fanden, war es uns möglich, nach einigem Suchen unsere Villa im Dunkeln ausfindig zu machen. Der Check in bekommt daher 1 von 5 Sternen....

"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. "I stayed 2 nights at The Samoa Outrigger hotel 29-31 May 2026. I had a bottom floor room it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. I like to give special mention to Nele the girl on afternoon to evening shift the two days I was there who was very nice and helpful getting me taxis helping me with the washing machine and dryer so I could do my washing and her smiling welcoming face thank you sis. "I stayed 2 nights here at the Le Manumea Hotel in Vailima. Owner and her staff were lovely and helpful. The room was really nice with the usual amenities. Also due to damages with past guests you pay a 200 tala bond which you get at the end of your stay if all is good. The bathroom is a nice style like made of stone like outside kind of feel, but it's private. I found it to be not that hot as its up hill and alot of trees and beautiful gardens around.
