"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve: - Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing. - The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Hotel was great, service was very nice, and accommodating. Would be great if the shuttle offered service to the ski lifts, but I don’t know if any hotels in Zermatt do that. Would have also been nice to have slightly larger sauna and jacuzzi."
