"A gorgeous property 30-40 mins from the airport / San Juan - but with everything on site including multiple restaurants, pools, bikes, tennis, water sports, kids club and a lovely beach. The staff are what make this property so good - the kindness, care, and attention from all staff was excellent. We had some sunny days and some rain, but the resort was always in excellent condition, even after severe rainfall. 12/10, would stay here again. "

"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. "Only stayed one night.
Booked to cover late flight arrival and they let me in at 2 am after calling the help line..thank you.
Kind of loud (exterior street noises) but that was to be expected, per other reviews.
No need for staff to come in and announce check out time, I was fully aware of what it was;, very strange , IMO .
There is a free public book shelf area that was directly across the street. Thanks to city or whoever set this up.
