"El Embajador is my favorite hotel in Santo Domingo! I always have a great experience because the customer service is excellent. The new manager, Felix, is very professional and friendly. The lobby staff, especially Roman and Felix, are always welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this hotel!"
