"I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot."

"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"It is an incredible value for money stay - in the main town, very easy to find, very easy to check in. The staff were really lovely!! A previous review said they were rude and I found that shocking as me and my friend thought they were so lovely. Room is comfortable but basic but it does have AC! It's a loud area so you will hear the call to prayer in the night but that's the same as any other room in this area, not the fault of the accomodation. "Mooie, fijne huisjes gelegen op een groen terrein. Het zwembad is in uitstekende staat en de tuin wordt prachtig bijgehouden. Deze plek is vooral fijn door het uiterst behulpzame personeel, wat bij elke vraag meedenkt en je van alle gemakken probeert te voorzien. Ze helpen met het regelen van eten, de was en staan zelfs voor je klaar als je een dokter nodig hebt (een van onze reizigers had koorts gekregen voor aankomst). Wij hebben zeer genoten van deze fijne oase en raden het iedereen aan. "
