"When we arrived to check (3 couples traveling together) the guest in front of us was having trouble with his reservation.we stood in line over 30 min without a word of acknowledgment from the desk clerk or the manager that came out to help her for a few minutes. It was 6:30 pm and we hadn’t eaten yet. We finally rolled out our luggage and left to eat as there was no end in site from the problems they were having with the other customer. "Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Building has a small pool and gym/workout room. Convenient location. Hotel has a free shuttle to local businesses. McDonalds/gas station/convenience store located next door. Free breakfast including eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc."

"The room was nice enough, the bed was really comfortable. The only complaint, there was no coffee pot in the room...i mean, yes, there was a mini fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was less than desireable. Not sure what was going on there...I didnt see anything onther than cold ceral and coffee in the dining area during bfast hours...that was at 8:00 a.m. on a Sat morning."

"There was mold, rust, nothing was clean at all. Sheets had stains. The sink moved and was dirty. We requested to move due to these issues and were accomodated but found the same maybe slightly cleaner. This made me question why we got a dirtier one first. Seems the owning family lives and works there so I'm sure the only decent rooms are theirs. Breakfast was not worth even offering and not refilled so if you dont come right away you will not get what little they do offer. Waffle maker broken....

"The ambience made you feel like you were in Ireland. The reproduction artwork and all the signage and maps were very authentic. Each room had a coat of arms on the front door and an explanation with more artwork inside the room. The rooms were extremely quiet. There was a library that was magnificent with dark rich woodwork and many authors. A lot of thought and detail went into the building and the grounds.A real gem for that area. My wife and I loved it."

"We liked everything about this hotel the location was perfect everything actually was perfect you couldn't ask for better you're walking distance to restaurants the hot tub was clean it was perfect"

"The location is great and parking is easy. Lobby was clean and front desk staff very friendly. There was a roped off area in front of the main entrance door and the elevator was broken. The room has been updated, but isn't the cleanest. The main hall carpet is really run down. Our toilet srst was really loose. I am thankful there is a hotel in the area, but the pricing seemed high for one night with the quality/cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a nice bonus, but we ate out with family...

"We did not even say we went in the room and it smelt so bad of mildew and mold it was burning my kids noses and burning my throat. We cannot even stay in the room. We were offered another room but no refund however we did not want the other room because their office smelled just like mildew and mold as well. Meaning the whole building smells that way. "Staff at check in was very nice. Sheets had some stains on one bed.. rooms are big. Beds were very hard. Over all we would stay again but bring blankets in case beds are still hard. Pricing was good. Convenient location."

"Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless."
