"This hotel was nice with very friendly and helpful staff, a convenient location right on Lake Lucerne, and (fortunately) later dining was available at a nearby restaurant for takeout. The room was a good size and the shutters helped keep light and noise out. Parking was limited and we had to use a parking garage that required cash in Swiss francs so be aware if you only have euros."
"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating.
