"I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. The location was nice, the space clean, my room was spacious, but the staff interactions were absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. The issue involved a staff member who used derogatory languague toward a member of my family while she asked to use the lobby restroom while we were checking-in. The incident was immediately reported to front desk staff, but there was no meaningful response at the time, we were told we may have misunderstood...

"Used handicap room for easy shower access. Needed a shower prior to hospital surgery water heater broke at home. $68 i thought ok but at check in they added $50 “deposit” but said i could get it back at check out. Checked in 9:30 pm checked out 12:30 am paid $138 no refund! Room had no tv No shampoo No hair dryer had to go home and dry my hair! No closet, no wall pegs no where to hang clothes! Electric outlet right side of bed did not work thank god i had 10 ft charging cord!"

"The room was nice, everything was clean. They had a full breakfast with waffles, cereal, and different bread options. There were scrambled eggs and sausage."

"I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel. Not that I would need one but it's just that it was a new experience to NOT find one. Not sure if it is now the new standard. There were two sets of coffee packs but didn't find an electric...

"The Office was only open from 9am to 10 pm. No security guards. A lot of unhoused people were staying there. There was a guy pimping girls. Someone pulled the fire alarm and the fire department came to turn it off. Our neighbor break his window due to if you get locked out at night you are are out of luck until 9:00am and on top of all of that the hotel was out of toilet paper and some guests were told you had to order it.
