"Stunning hotel, very clean. Staff friendly but not very helpful at check out. Check-in staff were excellent and provided a free upgrade as the room wasn’t ready in time. Card charges were poorly explained and no information was provided at check-out regarding refunding unused room credit. It definitely seemed as though staff were trying to get you checked out as fast as possible rather than explain things. Would stay again despite this."

"They charge a resort fee that was never disclosed. What’s surprising is that there isn’t actually a resort on the property, just an old gym. They also charge guests to store their luggage on the day of departure, which is something I’ve never encountered before. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. "This was the smallest Hampton Inn room we've ever stayed in (we stay at Hapmton very often). There was no space for luggage. The bathroom had no place to put our toiletries. I could barely fit between the foot of the bed and the wall. The elevator system was designed to incur maximum frustration to the guest. We often had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes and 5 or six elevators to go down since they were always packed when the doors opened on our floor. On the day we were checking out it was even...

"Our room was very humid to the point where my comforter was damp to the touch. The shower did not drain well and if you took a shower for longer than 5 min the bathroom flooded. Overall not impressed with our room. However the rooftop, bar, restaurant, lobby, sitting areas were all great!"
