"Outdoor pool area was great/clean. Fire pits were an excellent touch. My only knocks would be that they don’t let you bring drinks from the hotel bar to the casino even though the two are roughly 100’ apart and the casino is smokey. I didn’t think the hotel was, but the casino has a stale smoke smell and there’s always a cloud in the air. And the gal guarding against drinks going from one area to the other mights as well have been guarding the Berlin Wall—her customer service was terrible."

"We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!"

Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. "

"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"There was no water. Then no hot water. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. They moved us to another room that had no hot water. We left. They the tried to deny our Expedia refund request.
