"Asked for an iron, they said they will send it to the room 3 days in a row. They never did. At Nigma restaurant a rude adult staff who talk about politics and my country. Learn them to be silent! The pushy sellers (juice and beauty clinic) aroumd the pool all the time! The very poor quality juices which wasn't other than sugar and colour. The "american coffee" was a disaster served in plastic cups. Cadeau to cleaning and laundry staff and Abdola at Snackbar and the woman who made bread and of course Animation staff. "

"We had a pleasant experience at Prima life during our family trip. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a spacious rooms, large pools for both kids and adults, and a beautiful layout with plenty of greenery to walk around . Really eye catching. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty food, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay and I hope they will keep same level service all the time There are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better: 1. The à la carte service could be improved in terms of quality and time organisation. 2. Adding upgraded water slides or an aqua park near the beach would be a fantastic enhancement, especially given the great sea view and available space and guest will pay extra for it without a doubt. 3. If possible removing the stones at the sea entrance would make it much safer, particularly for children. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, especially if the pricing remains reasonable. With a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding destination. "Horrible business management. I planned to take an Uber from the property to the airport, which was supposed to cost around $7. Of course, my Uber app stopped working as soon as I was ready to go so, in a panic, I asked the front desk for the number to a taxi service. They avoided the request and just said that I can get an airport transfer for 20 euros, or $25 USD through them. I thought they had their own transfer service ready when needed, which would justify the higher charge but instead the manager and one of the guys who books beach activities called a regular taxi (same as I asked to do), which came 20 minutes later and they paid the guy $5!!! They kept the other $20 for themselves and all they did was call a street taxi. I would have been okay paying a premium given the last minute hustle but to pay the driver $5 when I paid them $25 is appalling and greedy. I also treated myself to a spa treatment here for 70 euros thinking it would be super luxurious considering that a full 2 hour turkish hammam treatment in downtown Hurghada goes for about 35 euros, but instead it was the epitome of basic - a total rip off. It was at their gym and didn’t give luxury at all. Everything here is upcharged and not worth it. So sad given that most of the hotel staff is super kind and helpful in the traditional Egyptian way. Management ruins it though. Stay at another hotel. "
